Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Trinity Website Developer, we strive to deliver high-quality digital services including website design, hosting support, SEO, and graphic design. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds or cancellations may be issued.

 


1. General Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are not guaranteed once work has commenced. However, we evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis for eligible circumstances as listed below.


2. Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a partial or full refund if:

  • The project has not been started within 10 business days of payment due to our delay.

  • You cancel the project before any design or development work begins.

  • There is a documented failure on our part to meet agreed-upon project deliverables or timelines (excluding delays caused by the client).


3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Domain name registrations and renewals

  • Web hosting purchases and renewals

  • Third-party plugin/theme license costs

  • Processing or convenience fees

  • Completed work or digital assets already delivered

  • Custom graphic or flyer design work once drafts have been submitted


4. Cancellation by the Client

  • Cancellation requests must be made via email to support@trinitywebsitedeveloper.com.

  • If work has already started, the client will be charged for the work completed up to that point.

  • The remaining balance (if any) may be refunded at our discretion.


5. Cancellation by Trinity Website Developer

We reserve the right to cancel a project or service and issue a refund if:

  • The client engages in abusive, dishonest, or unprofessional behavior.

  • The client fails to provide required content, assets, or approvals within 30 days of project start.

  • External factors (e.g., legal, technical) make continuation unfeasible.


6. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (UPI/Bank/Online Gateway).

  • No cash refunds.


7. Dispute Resolution

If you’re unhappy with a service or deliverable, please contact us directly before initiating any chargebacks or public complaints. We’re committed to resolving issues professionally.
