4. Use of Client Information for Marketing

• By engaging with us, you allow Trinity Website Developer to use your brand name, logo, and visuals of the project for promotional purposes.

• We will not share private or sensitive information without your explicit consent.

5. Processing Fees & Third-Party Services

• A processing fee is charged for the renewal or setup of third-party services like domain, hosting, or SSL certificates when purchased outside of us.

• These charges will be shared beforehand and must be paid in advance to continue service.

6. Payment Terms

• Payments are to be made according to the agreed milestone plan.

• Non-payment or delays may result in project hold, suspension, or additional fees.

7. Revisions & Support

• Project includes limited revisions as mentioned in your proposal. Extra revisions will be charged.

• Support is only provided for the time period defined in the agreement.

8. Post-Service Responsibility Disclaimer

After the project is completed and handed over:

• We are not responsible for any future website issues including:

  • Critical errors

  • Page layout or design disruptions

  • Functionality breakdown

  • Security vulnerabilities

• We do not provide backup services unless explicitly agreed upon.

• It is the client’s responsibility to maintain backups, updates, and security.

9. Content Ownership and Responsibility

Clients must ensure that all content provided to us is accurate and legally compliant.
We do not take responsibility for content-related legal or copyright issues.

10. Termination of Services

We may terminate ongoing services if:

• Payments are delayed or not completed

• The client violates ethical or professional conduct

• There is misuse of the services offered

11. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Third-party service downtime (domain/hosting)

• Data loss or client-side technical errors

• Legal issues arising from misuse of design or content

12. Updates to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms.
Updates will be posted to our website and take effect immediately unless stated otherwise.
